💡KOI POND FILTRATION SYSTEM

All intelligent box type microfilter is made of non-toxic and corrosion-resistant food grade PP material. It is mainly composed of box assembly, drum assembly, reverse cleaning system, electric control box system and transmission system. The water flow is less than or equal to 10m³/h. The equipment uses food grade environmental protection 316 stainless steel filter as the medium to remove suspended solids (≥50 μm).

The equipment adopts automatic liquid level control. When the suspended matter in the drum accumulates, it causes the decrease of water permeable through the filter, resulting in the rise of the water level outside the drum. The cleaning system then triggers the backwash pump and drive system. Rotating drum filter continuous high pressure cleaning washes sewage to the collecting groove for direct discharge.

🛠️Installation Instructions

1. Place the microfilter in a stable location.

2. Can be installed in-pipeline or supplied by water tower/pump; valves should be installed to adjust water levels.

3. Ensure a height difference at the sewage outlet for timely discharge.

4. Maintain level difference at the outlet to ensure velocity.

5. Ensure cleaning pump inlet is soaked to avoid idling.

6. Wiring: Connect capacitor lines to motor's red and white lines; connect external zero to motor black, and live to red or white.

7. Drum Direction: Should rotate clockwise when facing the outlet. Switch red/white wires to adjust if necessary.

Operating Modes:

Manual: Control backwash pump and drum rotation via dedicated start/stop buttons.
Automatic: Controlled by water level float ball. Triggers backwash for a set duration when the water level rises.

Important Considerations:

⚠️ Strictly prohibited to idle the pump without water.

⚠️ Stop the pump before replacing valve states.

⚠️ Indoor use recommended (-5°C to 40°C); avoid direct exposure to rain or icing.

⚠️ Regularly check nozzles for blockages to ensure efficient spraying.
