All intelligent box type microfilter is made of non-toxic and corrosion-resistant food grade PP material. It is mainly composed of box assembly, drum assembly, reverse cleaning system, electric control box system and transmission system. The water flow is less than or equal to 10m³/h.

The equipment adopts automatic liquid level control. When suspended matter accumulates and reduces water permeability, the water level outside the drum rises. This triggers the cleaning system, rotating the drum and activating high-pressure nozzles to wash sewage into the collecting groove for discharge. The system uses a fully intelligent turbine frequency conversion pump for energy saving and strong filtration cycles.

Installation Guide:

• Place the microfilter in a stable location.
• Can be used in pipelines or supplied by water towers/pumps. Install valves to adjust water levels.
• Ensure a height difference for sewage discharge to prevent clogging.
• Check that the cleaning pump inlet is fully submerged to avoid idling.
• Capacitor Connection: Motor has three lines (Black-Zero, White/Red-Power). Connect capacitor black lines to motor red/white lines.
• Drum Direction: Facing the outlet, the drum must rotate clockwise.

Operation Guide:

• Emergency Stop: Use the dedicated switch for immediate shutdown.
• Manual Mode: Directly control the backwash pump and drum rotation via start/stop buttons.
• Automatic Mode: Controlled by a water level float ball. The system backwashes based on preset relay times when triggered by the probe.
• Float Adjustment: The water level float can be adjusted by loosening the nut and moving the card slot position.

Widely used in aquaculture for raw water filtration (removing sediment, algae, particles) and closed-cycle purification. The unit features a detachable flushable design and an inclined bottom to ensure no dead corners or blockages.
