Eco Friendly Auto Rotari Mini Aquarium Drum Filter with Bio

The intelligent box-type microfilter is constructed from non-toxic and corrosion-resistant food-grade PP material. The system consists of a box assembly, drum assembly, reverse cleaning system, electric control box, and transmission system. It handles water flow up to 10m³/h and utilizes a food-grade 316 stainless steel filter screen to separate suspended solids (≥50 μm). As water enters the drum, particles are intercepted while filtered water flows to the next process.

The equipment features automatic liquid level control. When suspended matter accumulates and restricts water flow, the water level outside the drum rises. Upon reaching the set point, the cleaning system activates the backwash pump and drive system. Continuous high-pressure cleaning flushes debris into the collection groove for discharge. The system uses a fully intelligent turbine frequency conversion pump for energy saving and environmental protection.

Manual Mode: Allows direct control over the backwash pump and drum motor via manual switches.

Automatic Mode: Controlled by a water level float switch. The system triggers backwashing for a set duration when the water level reaches the probe position, repeating the process as needed.

Maintenance: Regularly check nozzles for blockages. The device is designed for indoor use (-5°C to 40°C) but is resistant to outdoor elements like sun and rain. Avoid pump idling without water.

Ideal for aquaculture, koi ponds, and sewage treatment. It excels in raw water filtration, removing sediment, algae, and particles. The detachable design allows for easy cleaning, while the biochemical filtration setup helps establish nitrification systems rapidly. The PP material construction ensures a lifespan of over 10 years.
