KOI POND FILTRATION SYSTEM

This intelligent box-type microfilter is constructed from non-toxic and corrosion-resistant food-grade PP material. It consists of a box assembly, drum assembly, reverse cleaning system, electric control box, and transmission system. Designed for water flows ≤10m³/h, the equipment utilizes a food-grade 316 stainless steel filter screen to separate suspended solids (≥50 μm).

Automation Logic: The system features automatic liquid level control. When suspended particles accumulate on the filter screen, water permeability decreases, causing the external water level to rise. Once it reaches the preset probe point, the backwash pump and drive system activate automatically. High-pressure nozzles clean the rotating drum, discharging sewage into the collection groove. The process stops once the set time relay is reached.

Installation Instructions

1.Place the microfilter on a stable surface.

2.Install valves before and after the unit to adjust water levels properly.

3.Ensure a height difference at the sewage outlet for efficient waste discharge.

4.Check that the cleaning pump inlet is fully submerged to avoid idling damage.

5.Drum Rotation: When facing the outlet, the drum must rotate clockwise. If counter-clockwise, adjust the motor wiring.

●Manual Mode: Use individual switches for the cleaning pump and drum motor.

●Automatic Mode: Controlled by the water level float ball. Triggers backwash automatically when water rises.

●Emergency: Use the emergency stop switch for immediate power cutoff.
