The intelligent box-type microfilter is constructed from non-toxic, corrosion-resistant food-grade PP material. It consists of a box assembly, drum assembly, reverse cleaning system, electric control box, and transmission system. Designed for water flows ≤10m³/h, it utilizes a food-grade 316 stainless steel filter to separate suspended solids (≥50 μm).

Featuring automatic liquid level control, the system monitors accumulation on the filter screen. When water permeability decreases and the external water level rises to a set point, the backwash pump and drive system activate automatically. High-pressure nozzles clean the rotating drum, discharging waste into a collection groove. The process utilizes an intelligent turbine frequency conversion pump for optimal energy efficiency.

Installation Instructions

The microfilter should be placed in a stable, level location.

Can be integrated into pipelines or supplied by water towers/pumps; install valves to adjust water levels.

Ensure a height difference at the sewage outlet for timely discharge.

Maintain a height difference at the box outlet to ensure proper water velocity.

Ensure the cleaning pump inlet is fully submerged to avoid dry idling.

Electrical: Connect motor lines (Black: zero; Red/White: power) and capacitor appropriately.

Drum Direction: The drum must rotate clockwise when facing the outlet. Switch red/white wires to adjust steering if necessary.
