Product Overview

Automatic backwash rotary drum filter koi pond fish manure separation filter

The all-intelligent box-type microfilter is constructed from non-toxic, corrosion-resistant food-grade PP material. The system is meticulously designed with a box assembly, drum assembly, reverse cleaning system, electric control box, and transmission system. It is optimized for water flow rates less than or equal to 10m³/h.

The equipment utilizes a food-grade environmental protection 316 stainless steel filter as the primary medium to separate suspended solids (≥50 μm). When water enters the drum, particles are intercepted by the filter screen, while the purified water flows to the next treatment stage or pool.

Featuring automatic liquid level control, the system monitors accumulation on the screen. When the water level reaches a set trigger point, the high-pressure cleaning system and drive system activate simultaneously. This rotates the drum and cleans the nozzle, discharging sewage into the collection groove. The process uses an intelligent turbine frequency conversion pump for energy efficiency and powerful filtration cycles.

Installation Instructions

1
Place the microfilter in a stable location.
2
The filter can be installed in-pipeline or supplied by a water tower/pump. Install valves before and after to regulate water levels.
3
Ensure a height difference for the sewage outlet to allow gravity-assisted discharge of dirt.
4
Maintain a height difference at the box outlet to ensure proper filtered water velocity in the pipes.
5
Verify the cleaning pump inlet is submerged to prevent dry idling.
6
Capacitor Wiring: Connect the capacitor's two black lines to the motor's red and white lines. Connect the external zero line to the motor's black line, and the live line to either the red or white line (typically white).
7
Rotation: Facing the motor panel, the drum should rotate clockwise. If rotating counter-clockwise, switch the red and white wire connections.

Frequently Asked Questions

What materials are used in the construction of this filter?
The filter is made from food-grade, non-toxic, and corrosion-resistant PP material, with a 316 stainless steel filter screen.
What is the filtration precision of the drum filter?
The 316 stainless steel filter screen is designed to separate suspended solids larger than or equal to 50 μm.
How does the automatic cleaning system trigger?
It uses an automatic liquid level control. When debris blocks the screen and causes the water level to rise to a preset point, the cleaning cycle starts automatically.
What is the maximum water flow this equipment can handle?
This specific equipment is designed for a water flow less than or equal to 10m³/h.
Does the system require manual sewage discharge?
No, the backwash system uses high-pressure cleaning to wash sewage into a collecting groove for direct discharge.
What should I check if the motor rotates in the wrong direction?
The drum should rotate clockwise when facing the motor panel. If it rotates counter-clockwise, simply swap the red and white wire connections.
