KOI POND FILTRATION SYSTEM
All intelligent box type microfilter is made of non-toxic and corrosion-resistant food grade PP material. It is mainly composed of box assembly, drum assembly, reverse cleaning system, electric control box system and transmission system. The water flow is less than or equal to 10m³/h. The equipment uses food grade environmental protection 316 stainless steel filter as the medium to remove suspended solids (≥50 μm).

The equipment adopts automatic liquid level control. When suspended matter accumulates, causing water permeability to decrease, the rising water level triggers the backwash system. The cleaning pump and drive system start simultaneously, using high-pressure cleaning nozzles to wash sewage into the collecting groove for discharge.

Installation Instructions

The microfilter should be placed in a stable place.

Can be used in pipelines or water tower/pump supplies; valves should be installed to adjust water levels.

Ensure a high level difference for sewage discharge and filtered water velocity.

Check that the cleaning pump inlet is submerged to avoid idling.

Capacitor connection: Motor has black (zero), white, and red lines. Connect capacitor to red and white.

Drum rotation: Facing the outlet, rotation must be clockwise. Adjust wiring if counterclockwise.

Operation & Features

1. Manual Mode: Directly control the backwash pump and drum via switches.
2. Automatic Mode: Controlled by water level float balls. When water reaches the probe, backwashing starts for a set time.
3. Safety: Equipped with an emergency stop switch.
