All intelligent box type microfilter is made of non-toxic and corrosion-resistant food grade PP material. It is mainly composed of box assembly, drum assembly, reverse cleaning system, electric control box system and transmission system.
The equipment uses food grade environmental protection 316 stainless steel filter as the medium to remove suspended solids (≥50 μm). When the water containing suspended particles enters the drum through the inlet, the suspended particles are intercepted by the filter screen, and the filtered water flows into the next treatment process or pool.
The equipment adopts automatic liquid level control. When suspended matter accumulates and causes the water level to rise to the setting position, the cleaning system starts the pump and drive system. The rotating drum filter undergoes continuous high-pressure cleaning via a backwash water pump, and sewage is discharged to the collecting groove. Once cleaning reaches the set time, the system stops automatically.
Ideal for aquaculture, koi ponds, and early-stage sewage treatment. Adapted to large-flow water treatment needs, filtering raw water for sediment, suspended algae, and large particles.
Advanced Design:Inclined bottom design for complete sewage discharge with no dead corners. The PP material box body ensures a service life of more than 10 years, suitable for long-term outdoor use with UV and corrosion resistance.
