This intelligent box-type microfilter is constructed from non-toxic, corrosion-resistant food-grade PP material. The system integrates a box assembly, drum assembly, reverse cleaning system, electronic control box, and transmission system. Designed for water flows up to 10m³/h, it utilizes a 316 stainless steel filter medium to isolate suspended solids (≥50 μm). The automated process intercepts particles as water enters the drum, allowing filtered water to proceed to the next stage or pool.

Equipped with automatic liquid level control, the system monitors accumulation within the drum. When water levels rise to the pre-set point outside the drum, the backwash system activates the pump and drive system. Continuous high-pressure cleaning via rotating nozzles flushes debris into the discharge groove for immediate removal. The turbine frequency conversion pump ensures energy efficiency and a robust filtration cycle.

Manual/Automatic Logic: In manual mode, the backwash pump and drum are operated via dedicated start/stop switches. In automatic mode, the system is governed by a water level float ball. Once the water level triggers the probe, the backwash cycle runs for a duration determined by the relay, then stops as levels drop.

Safety Protocols: Utilize the emergency stop switch for immediate halts. Regularly check the pump motor impeller direction (must be clockwise) and adjust the float ball position by loosening the fixing nut as needed.

Built with a PP material box body, this system offers a lifespan of over 10 years. It features a detachable flushable design, an inclined bottom to prevent sewage dead corners, and a rapid bacterial culture biochemical filtration system. It effectively purifies water quality by removing algae, odors, and ambiguity while establishing a stable nitrification system.
