Ready-to-Ship (RTS) products are dispatched within 15 days of full payment. Customized products typically require 45 days after the deposit is received.
What are the shipping methods and delivery times?
We use various methods based on quantity: Express (UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX) takes 7-10 days; EMS takes 10-15 days; and sea freight takes approximately 45-60 days.
